    Cheapest way beside getting a canada vpn is getting a socks5 proxy, it will most likely not be seen as a proxy when landing on a site.

    I think your VPN has shared IP, HF usually blocks shared IP's and IP's seen as threats, Use socks5 proxies and ull be fine.
