I've not resorted to that yet. He was active a few days back to refund a few other of his customers hopefully he will for me too. If not I'll just chargeback if you guys give me permission to do so.

Forgot to mention @RuneMetrix also removed around 280m wealth off the account that was being serviced.

Had a active service with runemetrix but the past few weeks little to no progress was being made on the account, when I asked him about this he gave me a pretty odd excuse but assured me that his worker will pick up the pace, that was 10+ days ago and his worker hasn't logged onto the account...
