Looking for 9hp/10hp accounts that have completed certain quests which are now impossible. This could be due to quest requirements being changed, or if the account was reset for botting. Preferrably 1000 hp xp on 9hp / 1154 hp xp on 10hp's and all other combat stats 0xp, but not necessary...

I'm interested in a 9hp account, sent you a pm.

Bought a 9HP account off Bubbles. As I'm new to this, I went first. He was very patient, asked a fair price and provided every detail I could wish for. Definitely recommend.

That's not necessarily true. Xp lamps, quest rewards, minigames, etc. allow you to get 99 in every combat stat without raising constitution xp.

Does it have exactly 1000 constitution xp? If so, I'm interested.

What's the cheapest 9hp with exactly 1000 constitution xp you have? Don't care about any other combat xp or levels.

In rs classic players started with 1k hp but the level was still 10. When accounts were moved to rs2 the level was calculated from xp again and ended up at 9. I'll offer 150M?
