Can you zip them up yourself? Yes, I've zipped mine up by myself before, its a bit hard though, you have too be able too stretch your arms a bit, but its most likely easy. Are you SUPPOSE to wear like boxers under them? ( i understand no shirt n stuff, but what about underwear? ) your not...
