There's an in-game toggle for untradeable loot notifications to appear in the chat box. You could also manually add items (i.e. something like *totem*) to the list of highlighted items in Runelite to get them to show up on screen as well

I don't think that was a feature that was ever available on the live client, and even if it was, why would it make the multi indicator disappear?

I recently finished off 300 hard clues for the Uri transform emote. I obtained the last 177 of them from magpie implings (1/50 drop rate), where I bought 8,656 of them for ~134.2m (15.5k ea). The loot from the implings themselves: Clue tab (177 hard clues with a few masters along the way)...

That's 50% more gold, which is pretty significant. I'm not sure if RWTing has gotten riskier recently, but I still think it's definitely worth it.
