Tbh I think this whole thing is a conspiracy and you're just out to get him.

I don't see the big deal, all he did was significantly delay a totally doable coding job, lie about having a deadline, extort to punish ranks for non justifiable reasons, create a scam report to cover for it, and then offer to give the code over last second unfinished.
