Yes however the contract was breached by you 3 weeks before the 2nd payment was due meaning i am by no means obligated to complete my half. If mods decide you are not liable i will complete the secone payment however it would make absolutely no sense to send it until a decision is made

I would also like to clarify on specific tos wording. in their tos it says if recovery attempt was CONFIRMED to be by oo and still denied i will not be entitled to a refund. However the mod that replied clearly stated [redacted - IRL name - BB] (the guy that traded in account) was confirmed...
