almost feels like they don't EVER pay out insurance. Whats going on with player auctions? it takes them months to email me back. like i payed 700$ for this account, i have 1 year insurance. the "button" is not their anymore and this has happens in the past, it seems to go away after a month...

are you kidding me? their is no button, it is removed. i have had this issue in the past, after about a month the "button" goes away. and i have to go through this nightmare of a process.
