I actually really like it. It's not too complex which is a problem that I find destroys thread layouts as, to me at least, they have to be easy to read. The only gripe for me would be the massive white stroke around the border. Maybe make it glow like the rest of the edge or change the stroke...

As far as I'm aware - you can't "upload" your signature as you usually would. You need to upload to an external website such as imgur or tinypic (google them) and then take the "direct link" and stick it in [IMG] tags in your signature. For example, it would look something like this...
