So I stopped playing runescape a few months ago but im coming back and I was curious about the Ape Atoll Update, which allowed players to return to ape atoll without taking defense xp. I saw it got 61% yes and 39% no, So is that option now in the game?

Im getting 20 def, and i already have mithril gloves now i just need to know what else i need in order to get the rune gloves

Im only 50 attack, 45 str, and `1 def But i need a place where i can effectively use the salve amulet to train. Any locations?

Im level 54 with 70 range, 1 def, 60 hp and i'm training at experiments right now

Im looking for a place to train thats close to an altar so i can use prayer to train, so I was wondering if you can recharge your prayer there?

I hope every person who has gambled even once in 2007 gets perm banned

What are the best things to alch?

Im seeing people buy them 350k each, also when i try and buy them for 275k each no one sells them

So since they are extremely overpriced right now... Will the prices drop in a week or so?

Well, to start off in 07 runescape i wanted to begin doing all the beginning quests that i can do with little to no requirements. Any suggestions for quests to start off doing?

I want to make an initiate pure so i can smite some whips hopefully, can someone post a 2007 guide to making an initiate pure. Or just tell me what quests need to be done.
