Well...Every minute a member doesn't know their password they're paying for nothing. Also if you get all the info right it shouldn't take any time at all.

1. Go to runescape.com. 2. Scroll down to recover a lost password and click on it. 3. Enter your username and choose someone else knows my recovery questions. 4. Then fill out all the information you can. 5. Voila...It should be all gone!! :)

If you have 10/10 you'll get an auto-response, so I'd recommend finding another way to contact them to tell your appeal... but i'm not sure if there is one :(

All these appeals are great but I think its still better to write ur own. If there are 100 people using the same exact excuse jagex will notice somethings up. Also, if you write it yourself you can include details.
