Holding period. When you sell and item on ebay the money is held in your paypal account until positive feedback is gave or the holding date is done. and the more the amount the longer you wait to get a hold of the money. and if you knew or ever used ebay you would understand that... i webcam to...

cause of the holding period on ebay. i bought the phone for 300$ new from att. it is used now. i dropped it a lot because of that and i am getting an external hardrive. the more your recieveing the longer they hold it. so theres no point plus used don't go for that much
