No, An account with a 120 cape and 138 combat would usually sell for around $2-400 at the very lowest, I think he'll struggle to find one at that price.

I get that kids push your patience as I have two young children myself, however I could never actually hit them and I'm not sure as to why you would want to as there are other ways of punishing a child...I used to get a slipper round my backside if I was naughty and it probably affected me...
