My account was recently banned forever for advertising "PowerBot.org". How long will my appeal take? I sucked up to them and apologized. I said there wasn't any excuse and I deserved anything I got. :)

I need to know how long it HONESTLY takes. I had an old account and I know for certain my password, but somebody changed it. I haven't played in like 6 or 7 months but I want to start playing again. Please help!:)
