I'd agree with Anthony, and highly recommend Rs2Pleasent. Safest, and most friendly.

There's transfer methods, it's what all gold sellers use unless their gold farming. Gold farming is more efficient now days since all they do is go on your account and make gold instead of transfer it.

It sounds like you are trying not to get IP banned. I don't think an IP changer or even a Virtual Computer can prevent a ban. It's the bots you use, not how you cover it up. Though, you do have a good idea here. It can shove you off the radar as botting and think your account sharing...
