Any recommended Guides for SSH ?

I have tried all the other links and like i said, they dont work. Only Appshare.org works.

I got Installous working, but i can only download Apps from appshare.org. Everything else like Rapidshare,Mediafire,2shared etc either the Download and install buttons dont pop up or they download only 2kb and stops. It will say 495% of 2kb at 13kbps Any Solutions.
