I used to back in the early 2010s, there was a huge amount of scammers. It's likely not as bad now, since Facebook has been cracking down on fake profiles a bit more. Still though, there's no reputation system on Facebook as far as I know, so I'd be cautious.

Most definitely. I've actually been in a similar situation, and when I tweeted to the JMods about it, they personally looked into the account and noticed what they were doing. I know for a fact that they go out of their way to ban accounts that are giving OSRS a bad reputation on social media...
