i don't recommend buying a legacy account and then upgrading into a Jagex Account because the original owner/creator can still recover it.

So I just want to know if with legacy accounts (before Jagex Accounts were implemented) the login email could only be used with one account, which means that it was like a unique identifier to that specific account and couldn't be used with any other legacy/old style account. Thanks.
