He was banned for something he did five years ago, in fifth grade. I'd be willing to bet he has a good chance at getting pardoned. I don't see how he was over-zealous, or too confident. Or winning the hearts of all the right people. I personally liked him, and I don't see myself in the position of the "right people". It's great how you wait till he gets banned to say this. And explain how he is contradictory.
That post was a post made on the recurring pattern of a 'sneaky vadr' making an account, getting 50 posts/day for a few days, then running off with 150M. It's just too common. That's what he was pointing out.
I didn't sit back and wait till he was banned to express my opinion on him. I've made it loud and clear numerous times. As far as contradiction- his general presumptuous attitude- accusing other members of 'evading' or otherwise having ulterior motives for their being here is downright contradictory. Not too mention his increase in post count is completely on-par if not exceeding in comparison to mine. Posts he made in the film section, questioning the violence of an 80's sci fi flick's usage of gore, and then being ecstatic about a gear of war adaptation? This is contradictory in its own rite- but that's not what i was referring to.
Im sure self-righteous x339 wouldn't have any tolerance for phishers whether they be convicts from years and years ago or convicts to this day. "Once a scammer always a scammer" as they so ignorantly say. Phishing in grade five sounds a bit farfetched to me, by the way. Link me to the source of his incrimination?

It's been talked around in the irc, and his pardon is in the SL atm. And honestly, I don't care what people did in elementary school if they're in high school now, I almost take it for a given that they've changed.
How was it even discovered that he had been phishing at the age of ten to begin with? Kid really knows how to utilize the internet at a young age.

That's the whole point. He set up a phising website, which if you saw, it looks like a 3rd grader wrote it. Cosrob somehow played super-detective and found it.
