Some forum mods do have access it, it is a feature that you have to be "grandfathered" into.

As mentioned above you have to be grandfathered in some areas to hold extra luggage.

This is cool, I have seen some leaks of the player moderator forum threads before. However this is the first time I have seen things about forum moderator stuff. I like the "this is awesome check it out" option. I never really expected them to have so many forums for themselves. Thanks for sharing.
