Long story short, the banks were closed at the time we were doing the trades but he was able to schedule the bank wires for the cash to arrive in my bank account the next day. The money arrived when it was scheduled to, and during the process of selling, Viou entertained all of my requests for screenshots of the bank wire confirmation pages, forwarding of confirmation emails from the bank to my email address etc. without hesitation.
