1.NOT TRUSTED users buy a mil for 1.2$- and he is buying for 2$, sounds odd isn't it?
2.He won't go first even for a 300 vouches seller o.O
3.He doesn't even bother talking with guys who want OMM and ready to pay for it.

Sounds suspicious to me.
And there is a solid proof of a scam btw.
