Hey, is there a problem with my upgrade?

I ordered yesterday and still havent recieved it, if i did something wrong please let me know.

Also not trying to be rude or anything but last time i ordered i paid $7 for 2 months membership on one of my accounts. You gave me one upgrade and kept my other $3.50. I tried notifying you about it but you never replied back to me. It dosen't matter that much to me anymore as $3.50 dosen't mean much to me. Just thought i'd let you know.
