This is pretty simple, however it seems there is FUCK ALL supply of them within the world.
This works with Chef Delight (m's)
Chef's delight (m3) 79.8k 0
Chef's delight (m4) 75.8k 0
Exfer works like this.
- Have the Chef Delight 3's on the account you want to xfer FROM.
So thats 100 x 79.8k = ~7.9m
- DECANT at the herb guy SW of Grand Exchange into 4 dosers.
(So 100 (3 dose = 75 4 dose kegs)
- Now u have 75 4 dose it equals ~5.6m (75*75.8)
So, Now you go and trade your account you want to xfer TO, Sell the 75 Chefs.
Now you need to go to nardeh on your account you're xferin too, And go tothe herb lady there,
Change them into 3 dose kegs again.
You will then end up with 100 M4, 3 dose kegs, Worth 7.9m, Thus successfully xfering the difference,
around 2.3m PER RUN, So around 30m+ an hour if ur fast, THE MORE CHEF DELIGHTS THE FASTER IT IS.
This method is really easy, Ways it can be made quicker is having people on different Accounts,
and a bigger supply means less trips.

What i'd recommend is setting your house up Pollaverich, And teleporting there, Then getting
the carpet to nardeh on the account you're xfering from, Thus leaving the account you're xfering to in nardeh.
Then just teleporting GE, to make 4's then, Teleporting + Carpeting back
