I'm normally against posting other people's IP's... but hell I'll do you one last favor.

Search his IP, he lives in Florida.
He's been banned under the name "Slayer1" or something to that effect here on Sythe. Check the IP on his banned account to match the location, I doubt the IP's are the same but his ISP should still be.
