Fuck is the point of saying you guarantee best price if you aren't willing to match the best price? This gold seller isnt the only one, this was just the funniest encounter I've had with a gold seller today.

Yes if you tried to make use of an advertised deal or rate and they refused you should file a scam report for false advertising.
