Banned without reason

Well my name is Agi Kaza, I recently got banned for scamming, and I didn't scam anyone.

That is the report that got me banned
But there is NO evidence in there!
At the time of the sale of my account, that WAS the password.
Me being logged off means nothing, I HAD told the guy earlier that I had to go soon, as it was 2am where I live and I was tired...
Why am I banned when I did nothing wrong? If this counts as evidence I could go around getting every person on sythe banned...
