Report/post/reason that got you banned: On wood_PZ I was banned for scamming 5m. The reason this happened is at the time I was out of my mind and incapacitated. I didn't even realize at the time of the issue that I had scammed. It wasn't until the next morning that I found out really what happened and immediately contacted the member who I scammed 5m and paid them 15m. This was back when I was selling Ikov Gold. The ban on Dan Golder which is the account I would prefer to use, the SVU/25$ donor was for ban evading. I was stupid to try and avoid my ban.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:

I had paid them before any of the ban issues even really happened and didn't record. The main issue became contacting him to have him confirm my story, but he was banned on all ikov accounts, and banned on sythe as well as deleted his skype. I tried relentlessly to contact him, but of course to no avail.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: On powerbot I do a lot of trades. http://www.powerbot.org/community/user/1552709-dan-golder/ is a link to my account. I did have issues with Yohojo regarding a bunch of payments I sent him in exchange for gold. The issue wasn't that I disputed the charges and reversed them manually, but that my bank marked them as fraud without my input and reversed the payments. My paypal has now been limited which I am working on fixing, but the reason I'm not banned on PB for this is because I reached out to YoHoJo and explained my situation and we agreed that he wouldn't file a report because we are doing a payment plan to get him all the money I owe him plus 10% interest. I then reached out to Linked trades in order to get a livechat position because i'm a full time student and working part time outside the computer and l wouldn't be enough to pay back both YoHoJo and a 500$ speeding ticket I have due by February 3rd. They we're very interested and trusted me enough to join, but the only issue was that I needed a sythe account.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: The events that took place were inexcusable and I shouldn't be unbanned for them, however I should be made a member of sythe again because I have a lot to offer and because I've changed. I've changed my path and can have family members and other big sythe members like sellerofgolder who know's me in real life to attest to it. I've always wanted to flourish in the virtual market, and my recent life experiences rely on my need to thrive online. It's my last resort while also my best option. Please support this, for I have a lot to add to the community.

have any proof of you refunding the 15m? i know i mentioned something about receiving a pm in the past but if you had proof that'd help a lot

 

I do not have proof. I wish with a passion that I did, all I have is the PM that he sent you. If there is any way to contact him now I would and try and get a PM or something, but I have no proof. I did give him 15m the next day. I felt horrible and my actions can never justify that.

 

What do you advise I do to resolve this issue? I know for a fact that I paid the victim back, but have no proof besides a PM that he sent to Superfluous. I really want to get back into the swing of everything and hopefully get this resolved. If lack of proof is the reason I don't get pardoned then I accept full responsibility and am truly regretful for my negligence.

 

i honestly don't remember who sent me the pm, but i do remember someone telling me they were repaid for this. i'll support once again.

So it has come to my attention that Sellerofgolder has been contacted about debt that I owed him. So him and I live close to each other and are friends outside of Runescape. And he loaned me some money a little while ago for some unrelated to sythe business. Every time we meet up I give him money towards the loan and we've gotten it down to about 50$ which next time we meet up will probably have hold of for him.

 

Let us know when it's completely paid off. Until then, this pardon will have to be put on hold.
