Given TWC for misunderstanding

Hello ive been given a TWC symbol because of suspicious account sales. A player x prodigy x TRADED three accounts for my zerker. He attepted selling his accounts and was unsuccessful so he offered to me and i accepted the trade. I was UNAWARE that he had a thread open for the Rs3 account. Im unaware why i recieved the TWC because there was no negative feedback with the three accounts he traded that i sold. Ive had one negative feedback for account which has already been resolved, i had the player banned for scamming. ALSO Sktz had a problem with an account i sold him but he recovered manually himself with the recoveries i provided upon purchase. I would please like my TWC removed for there is no reason for it to be there. Ive had absolutely NO NEGATIVE feddback with the three accounts that were traded.
