Asking for assistance in hacking an email

In summary I was testing a league cracking program for a friend to see if it was safe and yes, I admit to asking for assistance to hacking into my old email that was hijacked.

Additional details/story:
1) My friend who is trying to get into cracking/hacking asked me if I could see if sentry mba, a cracking program that can be used for league of legends was safe due to his computer being broken. I allowed him to download it on my account (had to post to see the link on hackforums) and test it out. I have never/would never steal any accounts or try to crack them from being inactive. I'd much rather create one myself and do the work. I guess it was a mistake letting him create account on my computer.

2) A few years ago, 2011-2012 or so, I had one of my runescape accounts hacked from someone. I spent a lot of time on it (5 years, maybe more), and Jagex was no help, so I decided the only other viable option would be to "hack" or recover the email in order to get it back. I posted a thread asking for assistance in doing this which I understand may be against the rules but I guess I just made a bad decision.

Overall- I really like this site because it has a good community and I have made some good sales/bought some good things on this. I have had a good time having a mini "business" in a way and can bring many more things to sell on this site. Hopefully my pardon for an unban will be accepted. If a twc must be applied in order to be unbanned that would be ok. I just would like to be a part of sythe again and buy some new things.
