Hello Sythe, It's been 4 years since my original ban with EvolvedBlitz, ever since I've had many bans regarding the same reoccurring issue over myself ban evading, for some reason I must admit, I cannot seem to stay away from this community. Though one must look at my evasions from a perspective on whether malicious harm was intended. I do agree and apologize that I have broken the rules based on my evasions, and I understand that what I did was wrong. Some of the accounts that I've ban evaded on were:

This is only some of my other accounts, though do take a look. You'll find a linear pattern that is going with each account, you see, each account provides services to the community. Take a look at the list of vouches:

1) Paralysis: 31 Vouches

2) Quaked: 44 Vouches

3) 7thDefiance: 0 Vouches (However I contributed some RSPS downloads which benefits the community of programmers)

4) EndPoint: 0 Vouches (Provided a GFX Store for the community)

5) EvolvedBlitz: 17 Vouches (You find 1 miscommunication in that thread where I was accused of being a scammer. This situation will be mentioned later on in this thread.)

Now with my stringed evasion I have not scammed nor attempted to scam anyone, now it was possible for me to scam on more trusted accounts like Paralysis or Quaked, however my intent was only good. Over the course of 4 years all I wanted to do was provide a service to the community in which I know can benefit myself and the members of this community.

As you can see there was a bit of a misunderstanding, although I was framed I still took initiative as an adult and attempted to contact the member that has been scammed and pay off his losses as a course of recovery in the community.

Overall: I understand what I have done wrong and I am willingly taking full responsibility, and I know that I have a recent ban for ban evasion, once more I ask that the staff of Sythe to look beyond that and see the sole purpose of my existence here on Sythe. It has been 4 years and I've grown within that time, I ask for appeal and forgiveness. If any staff member has any concerns or questions feel free to Email me: [email protected]​

 

According to http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-...-my-original-ban-evolvedblitz-o-itz-josh.html what had happened was Evolved MM'd a trade for his cousin and then his cousin recovered the account but because there were IP matches, the two were linked and both banned.

That being said, if you are unbanned and there is even the slightest bit of account interaction with any matching IPs without the reason being posted BEFORE aka if you're mming for someone you know you better damn openly admit you two know eachother, then you'll be banned again.

It's all counts of evasion and the most recent one was admitted, so I'll support.
