Unfair twc, no reason?

I went offline ? I was set as offline the whole time, he's just using the fact I put my mode on offline to call me a scammer.
List of vouches since receiving TWC: 0, it just happended.
Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: I was busy, and he said I was offline.
Anything else you wish to say: I didn't do anything wrong, unfair twc, he was wasting my time and i blocked him after i told him he was. I thought I could trade with whoever I wanted to.

 

TWC was warranted.
Gain a fair amount of vouches, and dispute again in a month or 2.
