Report against Violent

I heard from a little birdie that Violent was about to be banned, so I just wanted to throw in a bit of info that I have to hopefully keep him banned.

This was another guy that I got banned, for the exact same reason. The only reason I didn't make this report right when it happened is because Divica didn't want Violent banned because she felt bad. But really, fuck him.

Violent essentially did many things after being fired from Divica Sales, all of which affected me directly since I developed her website and had to fix the problems he caused.

- He accessed the management panel after being fired and changed all of the coupons, and someone ended up ordering and getting 20% off their order.
- He accessed the management panel after being fired and changed all prices to a much, much lower amount.
- He spammed the testimonial and order forms in an attempt to both (a) cause problems with the vast amount of queries running and (b) SQL inject (some of the strings inserted were failed attempts to inject).
- He accessed Divica's membership codes and many ended up going "missing".
- He continuously harassed Divica on her live chat, evading IP bans by getting new IPs.
- He deleted a lot of testimonials and orders from the site.

I kept being brought in to fix things that he fixed, and to look for security problems since we couldn't figure out what was going wrong. It turns out there were no security problems on my end, it was him accessing an admin account for editing things, and for the other things he ended up just spamming as a user.

The jest of this report is that he, with malicious intent, trespassed, and otherwise caused great problems for Divica and myself. He caused over 3 hours of lost wages for me for looking over code trying to figure out what was going on, as well as restoring deleted items and deleting his spam.

Please note that when Fuhzer did this, he was banned until he paid me back for my lost wages, and when that was paid back, he still wasn't pardoned.

Messing with live businesses with malicious intent should not be allowed at all.

He also owes Divica $5 directly for the coupon code incident, giving out $5 free worth of gold.

Yes he has been banned. He was given the stipulations of said ban and is in the process of Repaying/Writing Apologies.

 

Violent has taken the liberty of paying me for my inconvenience with fixing his problems on Divica's site even though he knew he didn't have to to be unbanned.

He has paid me 0.0291878 in Bitcoin ($19.18), and $41 via Paypal, which adds up to about $60 and makes up for a little under my usual rate (essentially paying me to fix his attacks on Divica's site so that she doesn't have to). This is all I really wanted and I am all for an unban as long as he makes amends with Divica as well and pays whatever he owes her, obviously it's up to staff though.
