    Notification when a user posts on a topic youve posted on in the past.

    Something like this. Watched topic/topic you posted on, can be discussed. Either one works

    Also there's a small pop up at the exact time of the user posting, which fades away after awhile. It also contains a hyperlink of the thread.

    Notification when a user posts on a topic youve posted on in the past.
    Something similar is on the to-do list for the admins.
    It'll get done in some form eventually.
