Report for BuCkNaStY v2 Please reply

heres the situation guys alongggg time ago i was helping a kid i dont remember his name or his sythe name or anything and he paid me paypal and i was supposed to help him on halo 3 and i got grounded for 2weeks with no phone or internet so i had no way to contact him and he put in a report to skele master thats how long ago this was when skele was here with feren and cambo and i already spent this kids money and i used a prepaid cc on my paypal and it wouldnt let me go into a neg balance cuz of that so i couldnt repay him and skele said banned until repayed on BuCkNaStY v2 i had 20+vouches and im sure you guys no Djweasel? if im correct really trusted member he went first to me many of times even tho i had less vouches then him he trusted me with his most trusted account to get an mlg 50 and i did he went first and i couldnt open a dispute form for some reason cuz my computer was gay but i figured out how to now unfortunatly (this is all for BuCkNaStY v2) i also ran a shop with cambo i was known in the xbox section and for Rsandhalofan i made a new account and i had like 4vouches and some people went first to me if i wanted to scam i would of on that account but i didnt and started fresh again and was getting vouches but please comment back on the reasoning i dont see anyway i should be banned i can repay the kid if ud like no problem i have the money now thank you guys

 

You owe me for 3 account upgrades, as thats what I paid you to get make me a Halo 3 account with a 50.

Until everything is paid back (the kid you scammed, and me), an unban will not even be thought of.
