I would recommend you sell off the items or most of them to wagwannadon or r2pleasent as they are trusted and pay good prices of $2/mil i believe. It would be easier to sell them the mills then the acc separately
 
lol this is the best deal ive ever seen even tough its fishy as hell, ill pay a/w or add more if theres a tie, add arch onage on aim
 
main reasons why i think this is fake.

1. Your selling quite the account for only $400?
2. You keep all your defendrts but your bank scroll bar is small. (Meaning for someone to keep that kind of junk don't you think he would keep others.)
3. Well to be honest thats it lol

Now I know im a "leecher" but come on think about this. (Yes I know more than half of you think this is fake already just giving some points)
