d3dman TWC request

To make it short, I got an twc for absolutely nothing from this guy, so I think I have the full right to do exactly the same. The user is temp-banned nearly every time I check his profile, he doesn't have a big amount of contacts on the account (probably new), also wanted me to go first as he wanted to sell me an account only by showing me screenshots, which can be edited in under a minute (Graphic designer myself)
He is also posting on literally ALL threads where people buy 07rs mains, I don't think someone with 300 posts can have 100+ mains, but I might ofcourse be wrong.

See no reason why I can be banned for not buying his account if he can't be for trying to sell accounts he probably doesn't have
