Big problem with this... I seen many people trying to cash out and Hosts don't have enough money.. This is horrible...

You take our money to deposit no problem.. But when someone wants to Cash 15M you say no money yet..

Hey bro,

We've changed our approach and attempt to make chip trading as efficient as it possibly can be, right now we've literally sold as many ranks as we can pretty cheap in order to have more consistent 24/7 trading. However, because of this it means that our customer support isn't extremely high, although its not bad it can be better.

Whenever there's an admin online you can always cash in/out instantly, but if the case is that a current chip trader - who is just like any of you guys - doesn't have enough. Worst case scenario you wait a couple hours until someone is online.

Which isn't that bad :), hope that helps, and thanks very much for the reply.

Just some feedback for improving your site is that the amount data that needs to be transferred to the web browser is huge. Whenever I try to load up your site I pretty much have enough time to go prepare myself a coffee and slice of cake and when I return I sometimes see that the site is still loading.

Use CSS when possible to replace images as it will load much quickly on the user's browser. Also if you have any big images such as your current background I would suggest using the file format jpg and not png. Png is a good file format but for the background it is too large and increases loading time. With a jpg file you are pretty much reducing the image's file size and you can even compress it to further reduce the file size and therefore speeding up the time it takes to load the site.

I would aim at making your background image file size less than 1mb if possible :), I know Sythe's background image is like 0.5mb and it loads up pretty quickly

I did tell him to approach his website "mobile first" when he was asking for constructive criticism. Clearly that was not an option for him with an image based layout.

Yeah thanks a lot for the feedback, first ever website just getting used to things really. Everything will improve over time but this problem has not been brushed off, its an obvious flaw and there's no logic in keeping flaws. Its just a matter of web developing skills within our team.
