It does not have any of the skins you listed. It is only missing 3 legendary skins and has the pulsfire ezreal skin. The account also includes a crap ton of other 975 RP skins. The account now has 15k ip too. If you wanna see feel free to add me on skype rennat101.

It is only missing 2 legendary skins. Has pax sivir and Riot graves. Also has pulsfire ezreal and skins for mostly every champion.
