Solid idea Matthew, where do we apply for verification?
Is there a different person you can donate with debit/credit card since The Black Tux is banned? I would love to get this.

Does the scammed user receive the scammer's information? I don't think staff would go through the trouble of trying to file police reports, but even if they did it wouldn't matter. The user who was scammed has to be the one to file. Someone elses law enforcement won't care enough to follow up on the case if it isn't their constituent.
An aside: Does the "sythe verified" status not count as an additional rank? I've seen a couple users with five ranks now.
If Sythe updates its Privacy Policy as information collected upon verification then there shouldn't be a problem with lawsuits, also typically law enforcement won't care, but when talking about mass scams, hacking, etc then they will interfere and if they won't they might get IC3I am with Nick here. From the FAQ it would seem they don't, but you do make a good point that the victim would have to file itDoes the scammed user receive the scammer's information?
