I am selling a yellow party hat as I'm quitting the game and don't need it anymore. Prices have been rising on Party hats for a long time now, and they're just starting to pick up again (look at the GE spreadsheet on RS homepage), so this is a good time to be investing. I'm taking the highest offer in the next few weeks, and I will let it go at any given time if I feel the offer is right. Don't low-ball me. Absolutely no PayPal, so don't ask. Edit - Let it be noted that the GE price of a yellow is about 1.1b-1.15b. IF you are bidding on this rare as a 1.4b item you are overpaying.

However, you may continue selling as you've noted this is the price you believe a yellow partyhat should go for.
