I was shocked as I watched this. Its fucking crazy how he could film and not try to help anyone, but than again its Russia, you'd be surprised how indifferent they can be to pain and suffering.

this isn't to graphic, plus I'm sure one of the other five people called for help. furthermore i don't believe he should of helped or attempted to help before EMT came.
