why is us3r s3rv1c3s banned?

what did i do wrong? i obeyed all the rules. it said i tried not to get banned or something. this makes no sense to me, seeing that i did nothing wrong. the only thing i did all day was make userbars for people who needed them. please think about taking this ban back into consideration.
