Holy shit im stoked now.

 

Saw this before, I really liked the original series but i'm sincerely hoping they have a realistic reason as to how Michael is suddenly alive. If it's anything like the original show it's going to be good, but that one part of the story is quite curious. Especially since even if he hadn't died via electrocution, he was still going to die anyways from his brain tumor... He already beat cancer once and too many miracles/resurrections of a character in a show can start to get corny.

Also not sure how I feel about T-Bag because quite honestly he was the only one I actually wanted to see die in the original series and he somehow survived everything.

 

Agreed about Michael. Also, that's what makes T-Bag's character so great! You hate him so much and want him to die but he just doesn't I think he added a lot to the story and will continue to do so in this

what, this is news to me. I stopped watching Prison Break mid-way of season 4 after hearing spoilers... time to go back

I never knew this was coming back omg im getting so exited how many years has it been!?!?!

 

Been a while but didn't the company give him one of those ultra modern surgeries which cured him (just like it cured his mom)?
Anyway, I've been waiting for this release for over a year now, so hyped.

edit: nvm, looked it up. apparently the tumor reappeared

 

Yeah it reappeared which is why he decided to sacrifice himself to get Sara out of prison in the last episode. He's supposed to be dead but apparently he's alive so i'm wondering how they're going to swing that since two things were supposed to kill him.

 

Yeah, i've rewatched the last episode an hour ago lol. Having quite a lot of questions tbh for next season.. He survived, but is stuck in a prison again (going from the trailer)

 

My guess is that his tumour didn't kill him and he didn't get electrocuted or survived it. Maybe the electrocution made him lose his memory or something? That would explain why he contacted nobody.

Just a few theories.

 

Genuinely very excited for this. Prison Break is by far my favourite TV series to date.

Ohhhh yeah I'm hyped. Was one of my very favorite shows till I wore it out watching it like 8 times. So awesome some new content is coming out.

I agree, I don't want to see Michael somehow magically come back to life. He endured so much and honestly there's only so much you can endure before it becomes corny.
Because now basically, his friends are just breaking him out of where ever it is, he is. Just flip flopped the entire plot to him being the hero to his friends becoming the hero's for saving him in the upcoming series.
I have high hopes for the season being this is really one of my favorite tv shows, just unsure how I feel about it at the moment.
