can do so by getting more vouches, posts and becoming a donor.

 

400-500 tops. the raid kc and gear is pretty nice, solid total even if not maxed, inferno is a plus.

would need feedback to help it sell, or a middleman and someone who is willing to buy despite the risk. it would actually be easier to sell if you convert it to a jagex account prior to changing the ip and then giving it that way
