need to talk to a mod about a mass ban evader/account maker for here with over 100 accs

i had some 1 try scamm me then ive seen his ip and there linked to 1000's and 1000's of account can i msg a mod pls?

has the exact same vouches as this guy S3eulater50's Vouch Thread in different order even though hes banned.
may wanan check his ip from this account since this is who he pretends to be
maybe doesnt have 100 account since the check ip thing isnt accurate even though pretty much every account on his ip is preety much banned either today or around that
