    I think over this weekend they've increased the chances of getting the horns and tattoos. Looks like it's working with getting more members..

    Basically you can get tattoo's that you win from the SoF and you can earthier get horns or Tattoo and if you get the horn's you can wear it and if you get the Tattoo's you can get to put it on your head...
