Intent to scam: Lets slay selling a soulsplit dupe

Alright, let's slay CLAIMED to be selling a soulsplit dupe, we agreed upon a price of 70$, when it came to buying the dupe, that's where things went down hill

He said he'd been IP banned and could not show me a screenshot, a video, or show me items in game. I thought this was strange so I tried to work around it, I told him he could use a proxy, he said he would only use hidemyass, which ironically, he was banned from as well. He also said that his dupe did not involve trading, which brings up the point, how do you dupe without trading on a server with item dropping disabled?

I then attempted to direct him to kproxy, a known, and generally trusted proxy site with java enabled, so he'd be able to log in and show me the dupe in action

He said he thought my link was a virus, and he wouldnt click it, I told him to google "kproxy" and see if it was safe, he wouldnt do that, said I was a scammer, and logged out of skype.

Regardless of how many vouches this guy had, his intent here was to scam me.
