    Feet Troubles

I am involved in standing and walking/running for long period times with less frequent breaks during my work hours. I need some suggestions on shoes that I should consider buying. As of now, I wear a pair of reebok classic nylon which are comfy but after a long period of time of standing and walking, my feet become sore but I have to bear with it. I have heard of brands such as dansko but seems very reputable.

    any suggestions

I forgot what they were called, but awhile back i had some reeboks with air in the sole. they were very comfortable... Try looking them up. I'm sure those shoes would lessen the soreness from walking around alot.

I would suggest some running shoes, I know you think why but they have great support for the foot and feel great.

Try out "Nikes" I know they're a popular brand but they're the only shoes that work with my feet lol.

I would HIGHLY recommend getting a pair of insoles. Here is a random site, and not necessarily the brands or types I would recommend, but just so you get an idea of what I am talking about:

    http://www.simplyfeet.co.uk/c-205-comfort-insoles.aspx

The last pair of shoes I bought were a pair of Nikes and were fairly comfortable on their own, but they were sold to me by a very persistent salesman who was, lets just say, EXTREMELY enthusiastic about his job and about selling some insoles. He got in my face and measured my feet, and informed me that I have very flat feet (a fact I am already well aware of). He made it very clear that he thought I needed a pair of insoles, and finally he convinced me to buy a pair. I figured why not, they are only $20.

Turns out to be one of the best purchases I have made in a LONG time. He helped me find a pair that were fitted to my foot size, and all you have to do once you open the package is simply slip them in your existing shoes. You can also transfer them between any pair of shoes, anytime you want. So whether you are at work, at school, or out hiking/playing sports, your feet will be as comfortable as possible.

I sound a bit like a salesman myself! ^_^ Get a pair! You won't regret it. They sell them at every local store that sells shoes.

Zerkerfist is right, though with a bit of luck you'll find a seller that makes insoles from scratch. These are the most comfy insoles you'll ever get.

You should buy running shoes, they're designed to take a lot of impact and with you standing around and walking all day they'll be perfect :)

You can get custom made insoles that fit your feet perfectly too :p

Get insoles and some Nike airmax 95's or some air forces, they look good and feel good.
