Creating an account - Issues - Moderators?

Well, I need a moderator's opinion on this. Got a msn message asking me to create a person an account, I told him it was against the TOS of Sythe and he must create his own. The problem is, he cannot, it simply white screens every time he tries to register. What I am asking is, if I created him an account, or if a member of the staff could register an account, he simply logs in, changes the password, edits his info, etc... Would this violate the TOS? I am only asking because I know I registered for Sythe a while back and it's a good site, I would hate to deny someone the chance to be an active member here simply because he cannot register, and it isn't his own fault. Moderator/staff opinions please?

No, you cannot create an account for him. Tell him to post in the Dispute Forum or create one from a proxy.

 

This actually happened to me when I tried to join sythe the first time. Every time I clicked register it just went to a blank white screen. I just had to post in the dispute section and it was taken care of somehow.
